“Say You to Yoasobi Tuesday ‘Shimono Hiro X Uchida Maaya’ #22” featuring the voice actor Shimono Hiro and voice actress Uchida Maaya, was broadcast on September 21, 2021 on “Anime Live Channel” of the new futuristic TV “ABEMA”. The special project of this broadcast was “I want them to say the NG words!!!” as it featured both of them challenging the 3 games with various pre-determined “NG” words.

“I want them to say the NG words!!!” is a revenge corner by the staff as both of them were managed to avoid saying the NG words during the “Gourmet Report Challenge” in the previous broadcast, “#21”. In order to make them say the “NG” words, the both of them will challenge the various prepared games.

The first challenge “Katakana NG Conversation” was a 10 minute conversation based on the provided theme and they will fail if they mentioned a Katakana word 10 times. Due to the heavy reliance on the NG words, the sudden appearance of the Othello, and the theme, such as “Which country do you want to go?” that will surely require Katakana, both of them were incited to mention the NG words continuously.
Both of them were frustrated as they fell to the trap of the staff, but they managed to show off a fine play by playing with the words, such as using wholesale retail outlet instead of supermarket. In the end, they only mentioned the NG words 8 times and they successfully cleared this challenge.

The next challenge was “NG Posture Challenge”, where they can’t make the same posture as the staff based on the certain title. For the title of “The signature posture of the Sentai Heroes (Power Rangers)”, Shimono showed off a posture of the Ginyu Force while Uchida showed off a double gun posture for the “Method to wield a handgun” as they showed off a slightly weird posture to avoid making the same posture with the staff, which enabled them to clear the challenge easily. However, during this challenge, for the topic of “Cute Uchida Maaya”, Uchida showed off the posture of putting her slightly tilted head on top of her hand and it matched with the posture of the staff. Toward this, Shimono laughed out loud while saying “Are you kidding me!?” and “It quite unique as the posture are bilateral symmetry” while Uchida showed an embarrassed expression while saying “It’s so embarrassing” and “Don’t look at it!~”. The challenge was a success but it had left an embarrassing result.

Then, for the last challenge, it was “NG TV Shopping” ,where they presented a product while avoiding saying the 5 pre-set NG words. For Uchida, she challenged on the presentation of the “Beer Server”. Despite she managed to avoid saying the NG words, such as “Ice-cold” and “Good Buy”, unconsciously, but she failed to avoid saying “Yen”, which was quite hard to avoid. Uchida was grieving as she failed to read the staff’s thinking and mention “Arghhh! I had gone and mentioned the price….”

Next was Shimono’sShimono turn on the presentation of the “Healing Cushion”. While he is explaining the softness and design in detail, the scenes sudden shifted toward Uchida enjoying the beer happily, which caused Shimono to retort “Hey! You should be focusing on me right now!”. After that, it has gone off topic and a comedy act with Uchida has started with “Which company are you from?” “I’m Uchida from Beer Server”, then Shimono’s challenge was ended forcefully with “It’s a lavish feast! It’s free!”. Yet again, “Yen” was included in the NG words list, but since Shimono mentioned it was free, he managed to avoid all the NG words, and the corners has ended with Shimono showing off a happy expression.

At the end of the program, it was mentioned that “Say You to Yoasobi” will be on a break for a weak, and 4 selected past episodes based on the theme of “○○’s Fall Special Article”, which is different for each day, will be broadcasted for free for a week. The theme for Tuesday is “Games’ Fall” and the 4 selected episodes, which are “#3”, “#5”, “#12”, and “#20”, featuring the 2 MCs playing the popular games and program original games, can be watched for free from September 28 to October 5 on “ABEMA”.

Also, from October 4 to October 8, “Live Streaming Extension Week”, a special streaming after the broadcast of “Say You to Yoasobi”, will be held every day. Under the title of “Say You to Yoasobi Daily PPV”, it will featured an approximately 20 minute after-talk that will be started at 11:35 PM daily, on “ABEMA PPV ONLINE LIVE”.
