The 2nd PV for TV anime Ahiru no Sora has been released and features the passionate plays of a freakishly tall basketball club member. Broadcasting information was also released at the same time.The series will be aired on TV Tokyo’s channel 6 starting on October 2nd.

Ahiru no Sora was written by Takeshi Hinata and published in Weekly Shounen Magazine (Kodansha) and has more than 24 million copies in print. The protagonist, Sora Kurumatani, is not very tall, but he has passion for basketball and a positive personality. The story shows how he overcomes hardships with the other members of Kuzuryuu High School’s newly revived basketball club.

Viewers will be able to experience the passion the cast and staff felt while making the anime in the play scenes, which fans of the original work will know are extremely fast-paced! The ED song, “Tsubasa,” by saji matches the world of the series perfectly and allows listeners to feel like they can spread their wings and move forward even in adversity.

According to the latest information, the series will start airing on October 2nd on TV Tokyo’s channel 6. The anime will have 4 seasons to fully cover the details of the basketball club’s growth.
