Collection of old anime, such as "Fist of the North Star 2", "Flame of Recca"! Free broadcast of "Shonen Magazine Original Animation" on ABEMA

The second lineup of the special project “Shonen Magazine Original Anime Festival on ABEMA” featuring anime based on manga published in Shonen magazine from the 1980s to the 2010s, such as “Dr.STONE”, “Kingdom”, and “Fist of the North Star 2”, has been announced. It will be streamed sequentially from Aug. on 3 anime channels of “ABEMA”.

All anime works that will be picked and streamed in this project are based on the original mangas that had been serialized (or still serialized in) Shonen Magazine.
The second line up will include “Fist of the North Star 2” (1987), “Flame of Recca” (1997), which will be broadcast on “ABEMA” for the first time, and titles that had already been broadcast on Abema, “Blue Exorcist: The Movie” (2012), “The Seven Deadly Sins”, “Attack on Titan”, “Dr.STONE”, “Kingdom”, and others. Many titles fromthe youth of all generations of viewers will be broadcast.

Moreover, during the Aug., “ABEMA” will also broadcast “Opening Collection”, which is a compilation of the anime opening videos in medley format. Please enjoy the opening of titles loved by generations, from old-fashioned anime to openings from new titles.
Also, “ABEMA BIG SUMMER” is being held from Jul. 23 to Aug. 31. A lot of anime-related content such as the special program of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” will be broadcast, so be sure to check it out as well.

“Shonen Magazine Original Anime Festival in ABEMA 2” will be broadcast in Aug. on “ABEMA”'s 3 anime channels.
