New “Kamen Rider Ryuki” themed casual sneakers have been announced. It is the 5th collection entry of the fashion brand “HENSHIN by KAMEN RIDER”, which features a variety of products based on the “Kamen Rider” titles broadcast during the Heisei era. Orders have started on July 26 at 10:00 AM..
The casual pair of sneakers, “Kamen Rider Ryuki Sneaker | HENSHIN by KAMEN RIDER”, features “Kamen Rider Ryuki”, the 3rd Kamen Rider TV series from the Heisei era.
Unparalleled to regular sneakers, it exudes an overwhelming presence as the granulated mesh in the shoe tongue, boldly designed after Ryuki’s visor, is sewed with genuine leather. The midsole is made with patterns that emulate the body joints of the “Mirror Monsters” from the TV show, creatures that inhabit the “Mirror World”; not only contributing to the visual impact when viewed from the sides, but also for a look that’s stylish.
Also, the decorations of broken mirror fragments inside the upper mesh are made from the same material as the reflective panels used to boost flashlights during photoshoots; representing the crossing border between the “Mirror World” in a dramatic fashion.
From the claw marks on the toe cap to the inverted logo on the heel, the entire sneaker is full of details that symbolizes “Kamen Rider Ryuki”. With a mustard colored lining and heel made of black suede leather, this deluxe makes full use of colors and materials to achieve an overall balanced aesthetic.
The sneakers are priced at 25,300JPY (tax included) without shipping charges and other fees. Orders have started on July 26 10:00 at the “HENSHIN by KAMEN RIDER” store in the “Premium Bandai” website, and will end on August 8 11:00 PM23:00. The product will be shipped on September, 2021..
