To commemorate the anime adaptation of “Futo Detectives,” “Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker” will appear in the S.H.Figuarts authentic carving method series with a new cloth scarf and commemorative stand parts included; sales began on August 11, 2022 at toy stores, electronics retail stores, and mail order sites nationwide.
The original story of “Futo Detectives” is a manga of the same title serialized in Weekly Big Comic Spirits since 2017.
It depicts the “afterstory” of “Kamen Rider W,” which aired in 2009 and became a hot topic due to its unprecedented W starring Kiriyama Renn as Hidari Shoutarou and Suda Masaki as Phillip, stylish action, and a story that deepened as the story progressed, making it a favorite among tokusatsu fans.
This is the first “Kamen Rider” series ever to be adapted into an anime, which is currently airing on TOKYO MX and other stations from August 2022.
From “Futo Detectives,” “Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker” has now appeared in the S.H.Figuarts “authentic carving method” series with a new cloth scarf and a commemorative stand.
The new cloth scarf was produced under the supervision of the anime staff, and is sized to resemble the anime production. The scarf has a wire inside, allowing you to freely express the fluttering of it. It can be fluttered to create powerful poses inspired by the new animated “Kamen Rider W” while maintaining the “authentic carving method” of articulation and sculpting.
The gimmicks of Gaia Memory, Double Driver, and Maximum Slot are also retained, and the hard scarf that came with the 2016 S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker is also included, allowing you to enjoy the action of the figure in its normal state.
“S.H.Figuarts (Authentic Carving Method) Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker: Futo Detectives Anime Adaptation Commemoration” are priced at 7,700 JPY (tax included) and have been available at toy stores, electronics retail stores, and mail order sites nationwide from August 11, 2022.
