The advisors/ judges as well as lecturers for the voice actor and idol audition for the role of the main protagonist, Momomiya Ichigo of the new original anime “Tokyo Mew Mew New”, are decided.
The vocal instructor is the musician/ vocal director Sugai Hidenori (the lecturer of Hello! Project, etc.), the dancing instructor is the dancer SA.KANA (the choreographer for Tamura Yukari and AKB Group) and the acting instructor will be the audio director Kameyama Toshiki (known for “Magical Lyrical Nanoha” series, “March comes in like a lion”, etc.).
“Tokyo Mew Mew New” is based on “Tokyo Mew Mew” that had exceeded 1.45 million copies issue, and it a new original anime to commemorate the 65th anniversary of Kodansha's “Nakayoshi”.
The average girl Momomiya Ichigo was able to go on a date with her admirer and the school idol, Aoyama Masaya. However, on the promised day, she got surrounded by a bright light suddenly and saw a dream about a cat entering her body.
Since then, Ichigo had cat ears and tail, and somehow even her movement is like a cat…
This project is an audition to determine the cast for the main protagonist Momomiya Ichigo.
Application is accepted until 11:59 PM on May 11, 2020, in the audition application “mysta”. The audition will be conducted in “mysta” and also by the judges.
The winner of this audition will have a special contract under Pony Canon's voice actor company “swallow”, perform various activities such as voice acting, dancing, and singing as Momomiya Ichigo, and there will also be a major debut as the center of the “Tokyo Mew Mew New” voice actor idol group.
The judging will start from May 25 on the application “mysta”, and everyone can participate in the voting. I hope you can look for the “future Ichigo” with your own eye.
