From the TV anime “Sasaki and Miyano”, the main visual has been unveiled. The after-recording comments have arrived from the main cast, Shirai Yusuke as Sasaki and Saito Soma as Miyano.

“Sasaki and Miyano” depicts a “youth life of likable high school boys”, based on a manga written by Harusono Sho and serialized in “Gene Pixiv”. Miyano Yoshikazu, who has a complex about his effeminate face, accidentally gets in good with Sasaki Shumei, who gives off the impression of a bad boy. Miyano is quite unexpectedly asked by Sasaki, “lend me your favorite manga”. Sasaki gradually gets attracted to Miyano, who talks about BL with his eyes shining.

The unveiled main visual shows a lapse of time after the teaser visual featuring the two wearing summer costumes, building anticipation for the first encounter between Sasaki and Miyano. The feelings of the two, “idol senior” and “junior of interest”, are overflowing. The visual will surely raise your expectations toward the story, beginning from the encounter between Miyano, a Fudanshi who likes a BL manga, and Sasaki.

Moreover, after-recording comments from the main cast, Shirai and Saito, have also arrived. They reported that they had already finished the recording, and Shirai commented, “This is such a beautiful and deliver work, so I am looking forward to the broadcast, as one of the viewers, to see how it is depicted as anime and how our voice and acting are integrated as an extension of it!!!”. Saito commented, “I tried my best to respectfully deliver every single aspect. Please enjoy our boys’ life to your heart content through the broadcast!”.

The TV anime “Sasaki and Miyano” is scheduled to be broadcast from January 2022.
On November 5, Ono Yuki as Ogasawara Jiro will appear as a guest in the radio program, “Sasamiya Radio” hosted by Shirai and Saito, which is currently distributed in the run-up to the anime. On November 19, Ichiki Mitsuhiro as Tashiro Gonsaburo will be featured as a guest.
