Tsurusaki: Well, as for the creating process, Tachibana is a character that many people, including myself, can easily empathize with, and Jinguji is a character that no one can empathize with. The character who made unexpected movements is Shuba-kun. Originally I intended to make him an underdog, but on the contrary, he has become a puppy character-like, energetic Wanwan (laughs). Maybe it meant some unpleasant feeling that he cannot communicate with others. ---I know that you have opportunities to play “the villain with tremendous power”, including Melem from “HUNTER x HUNTER”, and where do you feel abnormality of Shigaraki compared to your previous characters? Uchiyama: Melem is “the Ant King”, not human, and he is the special being from beginning so he feels a rapid growth from his birth to the climax. He is often focused on noble atmosphere of a king and pureness of a child, but that should be different from Shigaraki because Shigaraki is a human. Shigaraki’s past is about to be broadcast on TV. He experiences “an accident” in the environment he grew up and that leads to his current situation. On the premise of his family situation, thinking about how he would think and talk is the normal thing to do in acting. However, the manga in the middle of serialization does not allow me to do it. MHA anime started when Shigaraki’s past was completely hidden, therefore, update was required with information given at the certain moment. ---I see. Information is limited to the serializing manga and there are things that assumption is not allowed. Uchiyama: For example, some characters first appear as the villains but turned out to be the nice supporting characters, while others decide to side with the protagonists. I could fail if I started to playing him as a complete villain. On the other hand, being neutral was not my choice. Playing the character from the serializing manga is “a task without answer”. That is why I have to find the best choice at each scene and is important to take in ideas of staff. I was “creating the character with all members”. It is a form of enjoyment because I cannot predict the future. This is the importance of the manga in the middle of serialization. Performing the story beyond the prediction now on TV ---From the perspective of Shigaraki, how the relationship of the Villain Alliance members could look like? Uchiyama: Compared to when he was fighting with Kurogiri and Nomu at USJ attack, the new members have entered, including Toga Himiko and Chabi, and the size of the Villain Alliance got larger, but they don’t look like the best friends. Koda: Actually, a spin-off manga (gaiden) that those two draw before was supposed to received an anime adaptation. We'd been waiting for the follow-up report, but it was very frustrating that the story never proceeded and the story of animation ended up being blank. That's why this time, with the original manga that they made, I was enthusiastic about making it into an animation. In fact, the name of episode 1 was revised many times until it was done. A new song "Scramble Days" by Sphere, a four-member unit consisting of Kotobuki Minako, Takagaki Ayahi, Tomatsu Haruka, and Toyosaki Aki, has been released for the first time in about a year and three months, digitally on February 15, the anniversary of their formation. It was announced that the first season of the TV anime "xxxHOLiC", which the live-action movie adaptation has been announced, is currently available on the YouTube channel "Full☆Anime TV" until January 24, 2022. Anime “JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean” has announced that Tomokazu Seki is going to play Enrico Pucci. Along with that , the opening video by Kamikaze Douga was released, and the opening song ‘STONE OCEAN’ by ichigo from Kishida Kyoudan & The Myojo Rockets was announced. “JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean” is an anime based on part 6 of “JoJo's Bizarre Adventure” series by Hirohiko Araki. The story starts when Jolyne Cujoh and her lover have a car accident while driving in Florida, USA in 2011. She is framed for murder and sentenced to 15 years in prison. She is imprisoned in the Green Dolphin Street Jail, also known as ‘Aquarium’. Jolyne, on the verge of despair, awakens a mysterious power hidden inside her when she touches a pendant given by her father, Jotaro Cujoh. Enrico Pucci, played by Seki, is a priest in Green Dolphin Street Jail. He inherits DIO’s will and stands as the Joestar family’s biggest enemy.
