The latest film adaptation of the TV anime “My Hero Academia”, “My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission”, will be in theaters from August 6, 2021. In commemoration of the release, “‘My Hero Academia’ 2021 Summer Ultra Special Broadcast” will be streamed on YouTube on August 7, the next day of the film release. There will be a talk session of the main cast members, including Yamashita Daiki.
The live broadcast, “‘My Hero Academia’ 2021 Summer Ultra Special Broadcast” will be streamed on the YouTube TOHO animation channel on August 7, as a thank-you project for the 5th season of the TV anime. Yamashita Daiki as the protagonist Deku, Okamoto Nobuhiko as Bakugou Katsuki, and Kaji Yuuki as Todoroki Shouto will be participating in the program. The program will be streamed from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (JST).
Information about the original “World Heroes’ Mission”, goods which will be sold at the theaters, was also released. The goods feature an original illustration of the movie’s original character Rody Soul enjoying a movie along with the familiar characters, Deku, Bakugou, Todoroki, Uraraka Ochako, Endeavor, and Hawks.
