The additional cast members and characters information of the TV anime “Platinum End” (will be released October 2021) have been announced. Maeda Kaori is the voice of Yamada Mimi and Chiba Shouya is the voice of Minamikawa Mizukiyo.
“Platinum End” is the latest work of Ohba Tsugumi (story) and Obata Takeshi (Illustration), who produced “DEATH NOTE” and “Bakuman”.
After losing his parent in an accident, Kakehashi Mirai is facing harsh life at his relative’s house and when he decided to jump off a building, he encounters the single-winged angel, and this marks the start of this dark story.
Two additional cast members were announced.
Maeda Kaori, known for her role as Nice Nature from “Uma Musume Pretty Derby”, is the voice of Yamada Mimi, who is working as a reader model for “Misrin”. Chiba Shouya, known for his role as Shinei Nouzen from “86”, is the voice of Minamikawa Mizukiyo, who is attending an elite school.
“Platinum End” will be broadcast on October 7, on TBS and other channels.

I’m Maeda Kaori, who will be voicing Yamada Mimi! She is quite an intensive character from her appearance scene, and it makes me wonder how should I voiced her. As I will attend the recording with all I have, please look forward to it! I’m glad that I got a role in this work. There are various lines that make my heart ache when reading it. As there are various characters with strong convictions and beliefs, the view from the relaxed Minamikawa is quite rare, so I will be enjoying voicing him!
