Sakuma Daisuke from Snow Man, known to love anime, debuted as a voice actor in the 140th episode of “Black Clover”, and his performance became a hot topic among fans on Twitter.

“Black Clover” (written by Tabata Yuuki), which is serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump”, is a popular title with a series total of over 10 million copies published.
The magical fantasy, set in a world where magic is everywhere, depicts Asta (voice: Kajiwara Gakuto), the boy who has no magical power, and his rival Yuno (voice: Shimazaki Nobunaga) striving to hold the title of “Wizard King”, which is given to the best magician.

Sakuma Daisuke from Snow Man, the group that sings the current opening theme of “Black Clover”, debuted as a voice actor in the anime as the original character “Maxa North”. He is known to be an anime freak and expressed his love for the series on Snow Man's YouTube channel. Fans were delighted about his appearance and congratulated his debut on Twitter.

Maxa, the character Sakuma played, was modeled after him for his voice acting debut. He is a member of the Clover Kingdom's Order of Knights Head Quarters' Magical Item Research Team.
Fans praised his first performance as a voice actor on social media, posting comments such as, “He's too good…” and “Sakuma-san's performance is amazing!!”. “#ブラクロ” (an abbreviation of Black Clover in Japanese) and “#佐久間声優デビュー” (Sakuma Debuts as a voice actor) even made it on Twitter trends.
