From the movie "My Hero Academia THE MOVIE Heroes: Rising" (in theaters from Dec. 20) comes a cutscene of pro-hero, Hawks ahead of his appearance in the TV series.
We also received comments from Nakamura Yuuichi, who has been chosen as the voice actor.
Hawks is a pro-hero with huge wings on his back. His quirk "Fierce Wings" not only lets him fly freely but also gives him the power to control each feather on his wing.
While being the youngest to rank in the top 10 of the Hero Ranking, he also has a mysterious side which gained him much popularity since his first appearance in the original manga.
It has been announced that Hawks will be animated in the movie ahead of his appearance in the 4th season of the TV series (which is now on air). The voice actor will be Nakamura Yuuichi, well known for voicing characters such as Kuroo Tetsuro from "Haikyu!!" and Shishiou Tsukasa from "Dr. STONE".
How would Nakamura portrait the "unpredictable but significant" character? Also, how will Hawks be involved in the movie? Let's keep an eye on Hawks, the key character of both the original manga and the anime.
"My Hero Academia THE MOVIE Heroes: Rising" will be released in the Toho theaters nationwide on Dec. 20.

【Nakamura Yuuichi as Hawks】
Hawks is a difficult but interesting character. I'm very excited to see how the story is going to develop with such an unpredictable character.
It's my honor to be given the role of this important character, and I look forward to recording his voice!
Be sure to check out Hawks in the show!
