The new original TV anime ‘Healer Girl’ (broadcast scheduled for spring 2022) released the key visual, introduction, and character & cast information. Along with that, a video of the ending theme song by “Healer Girls”, the female voice actors who play the main characters, was also disclosed.
‘Healer Girl’ is set in a world where “Healing”, the third school of medicine following the western and oriental medicines, is commonly used. “Healers” heal illnesses and injuries of patients by singing.
The hyper Kana Fujii, confident princess Reimi Itsushiro, and the low-tempo but reliable Hibiki Morishima, are first-year high school students who work at Karasuma Audio Treatment Clinic after school as Healer trainees.
With Sonia Yanagi, a returnee who holds a C-grade healer license joining the group, the girls start to follow their dreams by singing songs to heal patients.
The production team also announced the cast information.
The voice actors include Karin Isobe for Kana Fujii, Marina Horiuchi for Reimi Itsushiro, Akane Kumada for Hibiki Morishima, and Chihaya Yoshitake for Sonia Yanagi. In addition, Ayahi Takagaki will play Risa Karasuma, the master of healers and the owner of the clinic, Hisako Tojo will play Shoko Nagisa, a chemist at the clinic, and Miyu Takagi will play Shinobu Honosaka, the granddaughter of Honosaka Clinic.
Isobe, Horiuchi, Kumada, and Yoshitake, the four voice actors serving as the main characters, will also form a chorus unit “Healer Girls” and sing the opening and ending songs.
They released a video with the ending theme song “Believe like Singing.”
Also, in commemoration of the broadcast, there will be a stage reading event by “Healer Girls” on March 6th, 2022. Visit the special website for details.
