An exhibition celebrating the 50th anniversary of Sanrio’s popular character, Hello Kitty, titled “Hello Kitty Exhibition – As I Change, Kitty Changes Too,” has been announced. The exhibition will open on Hello Kitty’s birthday, November 1st, at the Tokyo National Museum’s Hyokeikan. Limited edition tickets with a tote bag will go on sale starting July 1st.

Hello Kitty, celebrating half a century since her debut, now has merchandise in over 130 countries and regions. She has always valued her relationships with friends around the world, spreading the message of “everyone get along” by saying “hello” to each new friend.
