The TV anime “Tokyo Revengers” will hold a Pop-up Shop in Nagoya following the event in the Kansai region from September 2022. It is a collaboration shop with the brand “Fuuuu”, which specializes in anime and manga.
“Tokyo Revengers” is based on the manga “Tokyo Revengers” by Wakui Ken that was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” from 2017 to November 2022.
The TV anime began airing in April 2021, and a live-action movie was released on July 9, 2021. A stage show was also performed. The anime has aired up to the “Battle of 8/3 Arc” and “Bloody Halloween Arc” episodes, and a sequel, “Christmas Showdown Arc,” is scheduled to begin airing in January 2023.
The “Tokyo Revengers” characters, including Hanagaki Takemichi and Sano Manjiro, will be released as collaboration goods from Fuuuu, a brand with the concept “Fusion of Street and Anime Culture”. The items are developed with graphic art by a street artist “YOICHIRO” and graphic designs by a designer group “grower design”.
“Acrylic Stand” and “Acrylic Key Chain” are newly added to the lineup from Nagoya, and available in 7 designs. The Tokyo Manji Gang members dressed up as street artists will bring color to the venue.
“Gotochi Postcard”, the novelty project item that was popular at each venue, will continue to be available. “Inupi & Koko Purchase Bonus Special Postcard” for Nagoya venue and “Pah-chin & Peh-yan SNS Follow Bonus Special Postcard” for SNS following, will be distributed. For purchases over 5,500 JPY (incl.tax), “Special Shopping Bag” with a logo will be given.
The ample lineup for the Pop-up Shop includes “A3 Poster”, “2023 Postcard Calendar”, and “T-Shirt” (14 Varieties). Other daily items such as “Towel” and “Plastic Bottle Cover” (7 Varieties) with unique graffiti designs also bring about the charms of the characters.
The Pop-up Shop Nagoya will be held at Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall 2F (Event Space) from January 25 to 31. On January 28, the street artist YOICHIRO will serve as a store manager. Aono Akane, an official ambassador of Fuuuu, will join to liven up the Pop-up Shop.
