From “The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬”, an extra edition of the “Prayer of the Quintuplets” event, in which paper fortunes, amulets, and Gshuincho (stamp books) with a design of the quintuplets will be sold, will be held. The event will be held at three shrines in Tokyo from July 1, 2022.

“The Quintessential Quintuplets” is based on the manga of the same title by Haruba Negi, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine until February 2020 and has sold more than 16 million copies in total.
It is a romantic comedy in which the main character, Uesugi Futaro, who lives in poverty, becomes a tutor for five beautiful quintuplets with rich personalities who are on the verge of failing school, and struggles to lead them to graduation without incident.

The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2019, and the second season from January to March 2021 on TBS and other networks. The voice cast includes Matsuoka Yoshitsugu as Uesugi Futaro, Hanazawa Kana as Nakano Ichika, Taketatsu Ayana as Nakano Nino, Ito Miku as Nakano Miku, Sakura Ayane as Nakano Yotsuba, and Minase Inori as Nakano Itsuki, all of whom are popular and experienced.
The sequel movie, “The Quintessential Quintuplets,” has been screened in theaters on May 20, 2022.

This time, an extra edition of the collaborative event “Prayer of the Quintuplets” will be held at shrines and temples across Japan, where paper fortunes with the design of “The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬” will be sold.
A limited number of “paper fortunes”, “amulets” and “goshuincho (stamp book)” will be sold at three shrines in Tokyo.

“Paper Fortune of the Quintuplets” includes stickers of the quintuplets for good luck. It is a luxurious paper fortune that allows you to enjoy both your own fortune and the character sticker.

“Amulet of the Quintuplets” comes in a total of five types. Each amulet has a different character depicted on it, and each amulet also has a different blessing. You can choose the one that best suits your needs, or wear the amulet that depicts your favorite character.

“Goshuincho of the Quintuplets” has a gorgeous special design with the quintuplets on the front and the logo engraved on the back against a background of petals dancing in the air. The quintuplets will accompany you on your tours of shrines and temples.

The extra edition of the “Prayer of the Quintuplets” event will be held at Shibuya Hikawa Shrine, Shinjuku Shimo-Ochiai Hikawa Shrine, and Nanasha Shrine in Tokyo from July 1 to July 31, 2022.
