The first collaboration between “FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST” and the smartphone app “Kotodaman”, a new sensory RPG where players fight with words, started on January 6, 2022. There is also a plan to be able to win original goods such as “pure gold cards” and “acrylic stand sets” using the newly drawn illustrations from the collaboration.

“FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST” is a TV anime based on the popular comic of the same name by Arakawa Hiromu, which was serialized in the monthly “Shonen Gangan” (published by Square Enix) since 2001 and won the 49th Shogakukan Manga Award in 2004. The story is about the Elric brothers who violated the contraindication of “human body alchemy” in order to revive their deceased mother and lost everything, and their journey to regain what they lost.
The TV anime was broadcasted from April 2009 to July 2010.

In the ”Fullmetal Alchemist FA” x “Kotodaman” collaboration, popular characters such as the main character “Edward Elric”, his brother “Alphonse Elric”, “Mustang and Hawkeye”, “Scar”, “Izumi Curtis”, “Lin Yao (Greed)”, “Winry Rockbell” and “Armstrong” will appear in the collaboration.

In addition, in the collaboration quest, “Lust and Gluttony” appear in [Advanced], “Solf J. Kimbly” in [Super Level], and “Envy” and “King Bratley” in [Demon Level]. The “Father”, the creator of the “homunculus” that opposes the “Elric Brothers”, will appear in the “Demon Class” and “Doom Class”.

To celebrate this collaboration, a special collaboration PV is now on view on the YouTube channel “Kotobukotoba RPG Kotodaman Official”, and rewards for in-app items will be determined according to the number of retweets of the tweet attached to the PV.

In addition, one participant will be selected by lottery to win a “Collaboration Original Pure Gold Card,” a printed card made of pure gold with the collaboration’s newly drawn illustration. For details on how to apply, please check the collaboration special site.

The “Fullmetal Alchemist FA” x “Kotodaman” collaboration will be held in “Kotodaman” until January 24, 2022, at 3:59 p.m.
