From “Sumikko Gurashi the Movie”, a simultaneous viewing program “Watch at Home Sumicco Movie Summer Vacation Screening” will be held. It will start Aug. 8, 2020.
“Sumikko Gurashi the Movie” is an animation movie based on San-X original characters that had been released on the big screen in Nov. 2019. With a wide range of fans from children to adults, the number of viewers has exceeded 1.2 million. After the release in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand in the summer of 2020, the story has been spreading around the world.
At the screening event to be held this time, everyone will start watching at the same time on Blu-ray, DVD, or streaming. In this project, you can share your thoughts, support, and status on SNS while enjoying and watching the program together.
Many elementary and junior high schools are out during the summer vacation, and so broadcast will start at 8:00 pm on Aug. 8 because this year is a Sumikko Gurashi's 8th anniversary.
Also, to promote the screening, illustrations drawn by Sumikko Gurashi's original artist, Yomikozo Yuri (San-X), have arrived.
Sumikko and the others have shown enjoying the movie in their respective ways in front of the monitor.
“Watch at Home Sumicco Movie Summer Vacation Screening” broadcast will start at 8:00 P.M. on Aug. 8, 2020.
