From Sanrio, items inspired by “Ennichi” (festivals related to Japanese temples) have been released. The items include a pouch, Uchiwa (Japanese fan), and others, which feature Cinnamoroll, Pom Pom Purin and other popular characters wearing Yukata（summer kimono）, or transforming into Ennichi food. They will be sold at Sanrio shops, department stores, the online shop, and others from Jul. 29, 2020.
“Sanrio Character Ennichi Design Series” includes 6 products.
You can enjoy Ennichi atmosphere with “LED Light Chochin (Japanese paper lantern)”, “Erande Kingyo Sukui (choose and scoop goldfish)”, and other items.
Each character's face is designed on “LED Light Chochin”, and the light changes into 3 colors. You can use it in 4 ways, to hang on a hook, place it somewhere, to hold, and and use multiple lanterns at the same time.
You can choose a mascot and mirror like a paper scoop inspired by a mermaid or goldfish, and a purse like a bag to bring goldfish you caught to set up “Erande Kingyo Sukui”.
In addition, the products also include a mascot holder wearing a yukata inspired by a character and wearing a mask of his/ her friend, and a pouch inspired by Kakigori (shaved ice) to store make up tools and sanitiers.
Due to the coronavirus, most of the firework festivals have been decided to be cancelled or held with no audience this summer. Even under such a situation, how about enjoying “Ennichi at home” or “Summer festival at home” surrounded by goods inspired by “Ennichi”, which features summer in Japan ?
