A collaboration between “Fire Force Season 2” (broadcast from Jul. 3, 2020) and the 6 teams of the Pacific League (one of the Japanese professional baseball leagues) has been decided. Illustrations of Shinra and other characters wearing each team's uniform have been released.

This collaboration between this work, which depicts the achievements of the Special Fire Force, and the Pacific League happened because the baseball players that come into a baseball game in a pinch are called “fire extinguishers” in Japan.

Illustrations of the characters wearing each of the team's uniforms have been released for this collaboration.
The uniforms each character wears are Saitama Seibu Lions for Shinra Kasukabe, Chiba Lotte Marines for Arthur Boil, Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles for Akitaru Oubi, Fukuoka Softbank Hawks for Takehisa Hinawa, Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters for Maki Oze, and Orix Buffaloes for Iris.

There will be original “Fire Force” goods in collaboration with each team, and events at stadiums are being scheduled. Also, under the keyword of “fire extinguisher”, a “Pacific League Fire Extinguishing Play Collection”, centering on players coming in a pinch, will be released on the league official video streaming service “Personal Pacific League TV”.

“Fire Force Season 2” will be broadcast on 20 channels including MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS from Jul. 3, 2020.
