The new chapter of the 4th season of “My Hero Academia”, “U.A. School Festival Arc”, will begin from Jan. 25, 2020. In conjunction with the beginning of the new chapter, an original key visual by character designer Umakoshi Yoshihiko and a promotion video with the new opening theme “Star Marker” by KANA-BOON have been released.
“My Hero Academia” is serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” by Horikoshi Kouhei and has over 25 million copies of the manga published.
The protagonist, Deku, beats Overhaul in the fight against the villain group, Shie Hassaikai, and saves Eri. Autumn comes and Deku finishes his inturn and returns to the usual school life, but Eri still doesn't smile.
The U.A. School Festival is coming soon, and Deku swears to make Eri smile, but a disturbing figure approaches…
The key visual depicts the 20 students of class 1-A of U. A. High School along with Toogata Mirio and Eri. It's a pop design reminiscent of the cover illustration of vol. 19.
The promotion video has scenes from the new episodes, centering on class 1-A, getting ready for the school festival. It also is the first release of the new opening theme, “Star Marker”, by the rock band KANA-BOON.
The 4th season of TV anime “My Hero Academia”, “U. A. School Festival Arc” will be broadcast on Yomiuri TV and 29 channels of Nippon TV from Jan. 25, 2020.
