Set the "Rocking Hopper Zetsumerise Key" and pull the lever on the belt, the transformation sound effects come on and you cyclone rise into Kamen Rider Type-1 Rocking Hopper! There are also two sound effects of finishing blows by pushing the lever.
Furthermore, this belt interacts with other Kamen Rider Zero-One DX series products, such as "Henshin Belt DX Hiden Zero-One Driver" and plays unique sound effects.
The "DX Rocking Hopper Zetsumerise Key" includes voices by Yamamoto Koji (as Kamen Rider Type-1/Hiden Soreo) from the TV series such as "Aruto… Fly Towards Your Dream…".
