Hosoya Yoshimasa as Shang-Chi
I felt that there was something about the expression of Shang-Chi, played by Simu Liu, that really resonated with Marvel fans in Japan. Seeing the straightforward and passionate expression of Liu, I felt a sense of familiarity, even if it was selfish, and I felt that I could gain a kind of common understanding, even if it might be partial. I thought he was a very attractive actor and I liked him. I think the dramatic script and the flamboyant yet somewhat clean action make this a play that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. I hope you will enjoy the dubbed version as well.
Yamaji Kazuhiro as Xu Wenwu
It has been a long time since I voiced Tony Leung. I had a lot of fun voicing him.
I hope you will enjoy what Marvel's new hero does.
Uchida Maaya as Xialing
I'm Uchida Maaya, and I voiced Xialing, the younger sister of the new hero Shang-Chi, in Marvel Studios' latest film, "Shang‑Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings". Xialing has a lot of action scenes, but her dignified demeanor and strength are so cool! Shang-Chi is a movie that will make you excited. Please see it in the theater!
Farahnaz Nikray as Katy
I voiced Shang-Chi's buddy, Katy, who is a very kind-hearted woman with a bright and pushy side. She and Shang-Chi are friends, but they are bound by the bond of "love". There is also love for brotherhood, family, ethnos, cars, etc. lol. I strongly feel that there are many forms of "love" depicted in the film, based on the various circumstances and conflicts in the past and present. I would be more than happy if as many people as possible could enjoy this heart-stirring human drama with cool action scenes and beautiful images!
