"100 Trend's Net Phrases" started in 2018, and it is a project that is being held for the 5th time this year. The live broadcast of the award ceremony that was held on Nico Nico Live Broadcast has garnered 320,000 viewers last year. For this year as well, the award ceremony of "100 Trend's Net Phrases" on December 12 will invite the individuals and groups that are affiliated to the 100 nominated phrases as they will announce the overall ranking and the annual winner.
