One day, he meets Zeke, an Organoid with the power to combine with Zoids, and a mysterious girl, Fiona Elisia Linette, in the ruins of an ancient human settlement. Using his beloved Shield Liger, which was revived by Zeke's power, he sets out on a journey to find Fiona's past, which she has lost her memory of.
