The broadcast start date of the TV anime “Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury” Season 2 has been set for April 9, 2023. It was also learned that a special program “Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury” Season 2 Special Pre-Broadcast Program will be broadcast from 5:00 p.m. on April 2, the week before the start of the Season 2 broadcast, to look back at the story so far.

“Mobile Suit Gundam: the Witch from Mercury” is the latest TV anime in the “Gundam” series, set in “A.S. (Ad Stella) 122,” an era in which numerous corporations have advanced into space and established a huge economic zone. The story begins when a girl named Suletta Mercury from the remote land of Mercury is accepted into the pilot department of the Asticassia School of Technology, which is run by the Benerit Group, the largest mobile suit manufacturer.
Season 1 was broadcast from October 2 to January 8, 2022.

Season 2 of the series will be broadcast on April 9 on the MBS/TBS network of 28 stations nationwide.
Prior to this, “Mobile Suit Gundam: the Witch from Mercury” Season 2 Special Pre-Broadcast Program will be aired from 5:00 p.m. on April 2, the week before the broadcast. This special program will provide a digest of “Mobile Suit Gundam: the Witch from Mercury” Season 1, with a narration newly recorded for this program. Who the narrator will be, will be revealed on the day of the broadcast, so please look forward to it.

In conjunction with the broadcast, “‘Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury’ x Shibuya” will start on March 6 to commemorate the start of Season 2, and large billboards and posters will be displayed at over 50 locations in front of Shibuya Station in Tokyo until March 14.

In addition, “Mobile Suit Gundam: Witches of Mercury EXPO,” the first free admission independent exhibition event, will be held at “Shibuya Cast Space Garden” for three days from March 10 to 12. This event will feature an exhibition of the world view of this work, as well as new product displays and the latest information on Season 2, so be sure to visit.
