From the spring anime “Dance Dance Danseur,” the synopsis and sneak peek of the first episode of which was aired on Friday, April 8, 2022, have been released.
“Dance Dance Danseur” is based on the manga of the same title serialized in “Weekly Big Comic Spirits” by George Asakura.
It is a dramatic ballet-romance work about Junpei Murao’s aspirations to become a ballet dancer, who was an eighth grader fascinated by ballet as a child but gave up after the death of his father, saying he had to “become a man.”
The title of the first episode is “There’s No Way I’m Doing That Ballet Thing!.”
Junpei Murao, an eighth grader who gave up ballet at an early age, has been devoting himself to Jeet Kune Do in an effort to be “manly.” One day, his classmate Godai Miyako, who saw Junpei’s “jumping kick,” invites him to take ballet with her.
Without knowing why, he is taken to a ballet studio opened by her mother. There, the feeling of “that time” comes back to him……
