A commemorative illustration to celebrate the first anniversary of Digimon’s official community site, “Digimon Partners,” and the 20th anniversary of the broadcast of “Digimon Frontier,” were released. The official website also announced collaborative and related events.
This year celebrates the anniversary year of “Digimon,” as it is the first anniversary of the official Digimon community site “Digimon Partners” that began on April 1st, 2021, and the 20th anniversary of “Digimon Frontier,” the 4th series of the TV anime that started its broadcast in April 2022.
The commemorative illustration that celebrates these anniversaries shows six children, all the main characters of “Digimon,” including the protagonist Kanbara Takuya, carrying balloons, bouquets, cakes, and party poppers as presents.
In addition, related projects and events have also been announced. “Digimon Partners” is undergoing the product development of “life-size stuffed Dorumon & Chibimon” and “smartphone case of Smartphone Digivice,” which they designed and produced with the fans as a “partners project” to celebrate their second year. They will announce the specific sales information shortly.
Moreover, the annual summer Digimon event “Digi-Fes 2022” will be held this year on July 30th.
