A collaboration between the TV anime “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” and the gem of the Japanese anime history “Galaxy Express 999” that caused the SF anime boom has been announced. Information on the collaboration character “Tsukino Maetel” played by Yukino Satsuki has been revealed.
In episode 20 of “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z”, “Mysterious Girl” suddenly appeared with the song “Tsugaru Kaikyo Fuyu Keishiki” and becameomes a trend on Twitter. It has been announced that her true identity is Tsukino Maetel, a fifth-grader living in Oshamambe-cho, Hokkaido, who is a collaboration character with “Galaxy Express 999”, which was often expected by fans.
She is voiced by Satsuki Yukino, who is known for her roles of Sonozaki Shion & Sonozaki Mion from “Higurashi When They Cry”, Shimura Tae in “Gintama”, and many others. Tsukino Maetel is scheduled to play an active part in the main part of the animation as a driver of “Shinkalion ZH5 Hayabusa” and “Shinkalion ZH5 Hokuto”.
The TV anime “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” is being broadcast every Friday from 07:25 P.M. on the TV Tokyo Network 6 stations. Expectations will continue to grow for the collaboration with “Galaxy Express 999” and the ever-growing main story with new characters.
