The PV for the novel “Yojouhan Time Machine Blue”, the sequel to the novel “The Tatami Galaxy” has gotten a TV anime adaptation by the director Yuasa Masaaki after 16 years, was revealed. The narration is handled by Asanuma Shintarou, who is the role of “Watashi” in the anime “The Tatami Galaxy”, and the tremendous tongue twister from “Watashi” by Asanuma Shintaro can be enjoyed since 10 years.

“The Tatami Galaxy” is a strange, bitter youth story about the plain, 3rd-year university student, “Watashi”, who travel through 4 parallel worlds to seek for romantic campus life. This is the first representative work of the author Morimi Tomihiko, and it was broadcasted on Fuji TV “Noitamina” in 2010.

The latest novel “Yojouhan Time Machine Blues” is born from the collaboration with the stage adaptation “Summer Time Machine Blues” (Troupe of Europe Kikaku) by Morimi's companion and stage writer, Ueda Makoto.

The story started on a hot summer day when the bad friend of “watashi”, called Ozu to submerge the only remote for the cooler.
During the discussion with the secretly admired, cool beauty, Akashi-san on the method to spend the rest of summer, the unfashionable apperance male student, from 25 years in the future, appear in a time machine. Then, “Watashi” (I) thought that it would be a good idea to use the time machine and go back to the future before the remote was submerged…

“Yojouhan Time Machine Blues” is priced at 1,500 JPY (tax excluded) and it is currently on sale.
