Winter anime “Princess Connect! Re:Dive Season 2” has disclosed the story outline and preview cuts of episode 5, “Light and Darkness as One ~Churrasco of Indecision and Resolve~,” ahead of the broadcast on Monday, February 7th, 2022. “Princess Connect! Re:Dive” is originally an RPG mobile game by Cygames. Following the first season, which was broadcast from April to June 2020, Season 2 depicts the adventures of the “Gourmet Edifice,” a guild formed with the goal to explore and discover good food. The title of episode 5 is “Light and Darkness as One ~Churrasco of Indecision and Resolve~.” Shadow, who showed up at Monster Island, forms a group with Golem and begins invading the island to ambush the residents. Yuki and the Vigilance Committee Caon, led by Kasumi, struggles to protect the island from them while Pecorine suddenly disappears. As they are driven to the last ditch, Kasumi comes up with a secret plan that may work to stop Shadow from further invasion. “Princess Connect! Re: Dive” the anime based on the dramatic anime RPG on smartphones and the computers released from Cygames. The story is set in the Astraia continent and revolves around the amnesia boy Yuuki, who is traveling with the members of the Gourmet Food Palace, including the beautiful female swordsman who is always hungry called Pekorine, a calm cat witch called Kyaru, and the guide Kokoro.
