Apr. 24 is Nazuka Kaori's birthday. Nazuka Kaori made debut as a voice actress in the 1990's. Since then, she has been playing many main characters of anime in multiple genres. She plays the characters in the anime of 2020, including "Haikyu!! TO THE TOP", "A3! SEASON SPRING&SUMMER", and "PSYCHO-PASS 3 FIRST INSPECTOR". Here at Anime!Anime!, we have conducted an interview when "Eureka Seven High Evolution !" was released. To commemorate Nazuka Kaori's birthday, we conducted the reader's survey asking, "Who is your favorite character played by Nazuka Kaori?". The survey was conducted from Apr. 13 to Apr. 20, and received votes from 110 readers. The male-female ratio was about the same. The young readers made up the majority, with the readers 19-year old or under made up approximately 35%, while 20's made up approximately 30%. ■The character from a long series ranked high! The 1st place went to Shimizu Kiyoko from "Haikyu!!". The support rating was approximately 30%. Shimizu Kiyoko is the manager of the Karasuno High School Volleyball Club. She used to be popular for elegant behaviors and the comments mentioned it by saying, "Although she is a calm girl, Nazuka-san's acting skills become evident when she feel embarrassed", and "Shimizu-senpai's attitude with dignity and Nazuka-san's voice match perfectly". She was also popular for acting emotionally, as a comment said, "I loved the contrast between ordinary cool voice and cheering voice for Karasuma members filled with emotions". The 2nd place was Eureka from "Eureka Seven". The support rating was approximately 10%. Eureka was supported for completing her acting throughout the year, and comments related to it said, "it was impressive since the growth of Eureka was depicted with long 50 episodes". Nazuka also plays the same character in "Eureka Seven AO" and its movie series, and some comments asked, "Isn't her love for the character so deep since she has been playing it for a long time?". The 3rd place was Kiki Seiran from "Snow White with the Red Hari". The support rating was approximately 8%. For Kiki, who is a swordsman of Clarines Kingdom: "Powerful acting with some factor of feminine matches perfectly with the most handsome girl in the anime, Kiki!". Many readers were charmed by the acting with power. There was also a lot of support from female readers, as commented stated, "A cool lady who charms other ladies". ■Introducing other comments! To Hagakure Tooru from "My Hero Academia": "She is an invisible girl, but very optimistic and friendly. We cannot see her, but her cute behavior is that of a high school girl. I want to see her appearance, but I believe she is a beautiful girl because Nazuka-san voiced her!". To Ayatsuji Tsukasa from "Amagami": "I first thought is a perfect character suitable for the main heroine of a romance game, but I was shocked by a sudden change", and "Head and a tail of a coin, and white and black. I loved how she expressed duality by herself". To Sakijima Akari from "Nagi no Asukara": "She is a mature girl, but sometimes fragile, and the acting expressed her strong personality who 'works hard because she is an older sister'." To Subaru from ".hack//SIGN": "She is a fabulous heroinewho contains both freshness and transience as an inexperienced voice actor and strength hidden behind it. I still remember she trying to speak up to somewhat try to act like a leader."
