She was a radio personality on the internet radio show "Sakura to Shitai Onishi" from April 2016 to March 2023. On April 10, 2023, a post from the official Twitter account of Aoni Productions, to which Sakura-san belongs, read, "We have opened a six-month limited-time account run by her manager." The Instagram account "ayane.sakura.mg" attracted about 23,000 followers in one day. The first post, which showed Sakura-san's back with cherry blossoms, read, "This is a limited-time Instagram account for six months run by the manager of voice actress Sakura Ayane, who belongs to Aoni Productions.
