Those are new products of the board art miscellaneous goods “FLASH series”.
Evangelion Unit-13 is precisely designed with a 0.1 mm wide wiring pattern on both products. The background expresses the cursed pattern for sealing the apostle with the wiring pattern of the printed circuit board.
