The TV anime “Hanyou no Yashahime” (“Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon”), which depicts the adventures of the daughters of Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha, is scheduled to be aired on the Yomiuri TV / Nihon TV network across Japan from this fall every Saturday at 17:30 p.m.
“Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon” is the story of the half-demon girls Towa and Setsuna, twin daughters of Sesshoumaru, and Kagome and Inuyasha’s daughter, Morohara, who set out on a journey transcending time by traveling between the present day and the Sengoku period.
Saro Teruo, who was the assistant director for “Inuyasha The Final Act”, serves as the director, alongside the staff members of the “Inuyasha” anime series and the original manga creator Takahashi Rumiko, who will provide the original designs for the main characters.
In addition, the series “Inuyasha: The Final Episode” is scheduled to be reaired on Yomiuri TV’s Kansai local late-night anime program “MANPA” from Jun. 29.
For those who miss the broadcast, it will be available for free for one week on “ytv MyDo!”, “TVer”, and “GYAO!”, so be sure to check it out in preparation for “Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon”.
TV anime “Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon” is scheduled to be aired in fall 2020. On the official Twitter account, a campaign is being held to announce the latest news and to promote the broadcast.
