The spring anime “Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia (Insomniacs After School)” released the synopsis and scene cuts for episode 4 “Venus,” which starts airing on Monday, May 1, 2023.

“Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia (Insomniacs After School)” is based on the comic of the same title by Ojiro Makoto, which has been serialized in “Big Comic Spirits” since 2019.

It is a romantic comedy that begins when Nakami Maruta, a high school boy who suffers from insomnia, and Magari Isaki, a high school girl who also has insomnia, meet in an abandoned astronomical observatory.

The title of the fourth episode is “Venus.”
The astronomy club decides to hold an observing session for the Perseid meteor shower in August. While Isaki makes posters to advertise the event and Maruta organizes photos and notes, Isaki finds the venue for the fireworks festival in the photo data on Maruta’s computer.

Maruta invites Isaki to the fireworks festival as a “photo practice,” and Isaki casually agrees. The fireworks festival has a legend that if one does a certain thing with the person they have feelings for, the other will love them back.

“Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia (Insomniacs After School)” episode 4 “Venus” starts airing on May 1 on TV Tokyo and other stations.
