It was revealed that the Animax Recital “Honey Lemon Soda” featuring popular voice actors/actresses will be held from September 3rd at Tokyo Hulic Hall. A total of 52 voice actors/actresses, including Ueda Rena, Eguchi Takuya, Ohashi Ayaka, Okamoto Nobuhiko, Ono Daisuke, Saitou Soma, Takahashi Rie, Masuda Toshiki, and Machico will be featured in the 16 heart-throbbing recitals.
“Honey Lemon Soda” is a popular shojo manga by Tamura Mayu that is currently serialized on “Ribbon” and it has more than 9.5 million copies in circulation.
The story started when Ishimori Uka, known as “stone” in her middle school period, enrolled to the same school as her admirer, the lemonade hair color boy, Miura Kai, whom she encountered one day, and it depicts a soda water-like sweet youth story.
The live-action film premiered in 2021 and the box office revenue has exceeded 1 billion JPY.
The announced Animax Recital “Honey Lemon Soda” will feature a total of 52 voice actors/actresses and different combinations will be featured throughout the 16 performances.
Miura Kai with his impressive lemonade hair color will be handled by Itou Kento, Eguchi Takuya, Okamoto Nobuhiko, Saito Soma, Sawashiro Chiharu, Shirai Yusuke, Terashima Junta, Toki Shunichi, Nakajima Yoshiki, Nishiyama Kotaro, Hatano Wataru, Hirose Daisuke, Masuda Toshiki, Yamaya Yoshitaka, and Lounsbery Arthur.
The heroine who is moving away from her pessimistic side after the encounter with Kai, Ishimori Uka will be handled by Akaneya Himika, Akesaka Satomi, Asumi Kana, Iguchi Yuka, Iwami Manaka, Ueda Rena, Okubo Rumi, Ohashi Ayaka, Senbogi Sayaka, Takahashi Rie, Tanezaki Atsumi, and Yamashita Nanami.
Also, the casts of Uka’s best friend and optimistic Endou Ayumi are Aoyama Yoshino, Akasaki Chinatsu, Atsugi Nanami, Otsubo Yuka, Okuno Kaya, Koga Aoi, Serizawa Yu, Takagi Miyu, Tanaka Aimi, Tanaka Minami, Hayashi Coco, Hieda Nene, Machico, Yoshioka Mayu, and Wakai Yuki.
The father of Uka, who oversees her growth, Ishimori Kenjitsu will be played by Ono Daisuke, Kamio Shinichiro, Komada Wataru, Seki Toshihiko, Takahashi Hiroki, Takeuchi Eiji, Tochi Hiroki, Hirakawa Daisuke, Miyake Kenta, and Yamanaka Masahiro.
The original illustration drawn by the original author Tamura for this recital, depicts Kai and Uka in the refreshing private clothing while holding the recital script.
