The TV anime “Chained Soldier” will start broadcasting in 2023. Along with this, a field-report video by Yuya Hirose, who plays Yuki Wakura, to the production team at the anime production company Seven Arcs, has been released.

Based on a manga serialized in “Shonen Jump +” with an original story by Takahiro and a manga by Yohei Takemura, “Chained Soldier” is a battle fantasy set in “Mato (the Demon City),” where monsters called “Shuki” exists. The “peaches” give a unique ability to those who eat them, but only if it is a woman.

The story unfolds as a high school boy, Yuki Wakura, who seeks a place where he can play an active role, meets Kyoka Uzen, the leader of the Seventh Squad of the “Demon Protection Squad” organized by women with the power of peaches, and Yuki fights the demons as a “slave” using Kyoka’s ability.

The broadcast date of this work has now been set for 2023. Together with this announcement, a video report by Yuya Hirose, who plays Yuki Wakura, to the production site of the anime production company Seven Arcs has been released. The video is a substantial report in which the anime production staff talks about their enthusiasm for the work and highlights of the anime, so be sure to check it out before the broadcast.
