From the fall anime “The Faraway Paladin”, the outline and sneak peek of episode 2 “The Wandering Sage” (began broadcasting on Saturday, October 16) have been revealed.

“The Faraway Paladin” is based on the same-name light novel written by Yanagino Kanata, illustrated by Rin Kususaga, and serialized on the novel publishing website “Shosetsuka ni Naro”.
The story follows Will, a boy who was raised by three undead in the City of the Dead that was destroyed a long time ago, walking the path toward a holy knight (Paladin), while exploring the mystery held by the undead, love and mercy of the good deities, and prejudice and insanity of the evil deities.

Episode 2 is titled “The Wandering Sage”.
Five years have passed since Will learned Mary’s secret, and he is now 13. His undead parents’ lessons grow ever more difficult, but Will manages to stick to it.

One day, Blood gives him an assignment requiring him to escape from the ruins in the city. Will desperately tries to fight his way out, but an odd sensation of malice stops him. It turns out that……

Episode 2 “The Wandering Sage” of “The Faraway Paladin” began broadcasting from October 16 on TOKYO MX and other channels.
