The smartphone game for “Higurashi: When They Cry” titled “Higurashi: When They Cry Mei” will hold the new event “Umi Yukaba…Dai-kaisen? (Warfare, if going to the beach?)” from August 1, 2021. Sonozaki Shion and Kimiyoshi Natsumi in swimsuits are now available for gacha.
“Higurashi: When They Cry Mei” is the game app based on “Higurashi: When They Cry Gou” and “Higurashi: When They Cry Sotsu”.
The scenario in the game is completely new story produced with the cooperation of the author of the original work, Ryukishi07.
In the new event, “Umi Yukaba…Dai-kaisen??”, powerup items and limited event stamps will be distributed by clearing the event quest and the special event stories will be available.
New limited SSR card “SSR【Summer Splash】Sonozaki Shion” and “SSR【Summer Splash】Kimiyoshi Natsumi” will be picked up in the gacha.
“Higurashi: When They Cry Mei” is currently available on iOS and Android. New Event “Umi Yukaba…Dai-kaisen?” will be held until 7:59 PM on August 10.
