From the new sensation “plastic surgery psycho-horror” animated film “Beauty Water” (will be released on September 23rd 2021), scene photos including a shocking self-surgery scene are released.
The original work of ‘Beauty Water’ is ‘Kiki Kaikai’, an omnibus manga series that has got 9.9 points out of 10 on Korean online manga platform ‘NAVERWEBTOON’.
Yaeji, the main character, is a famous celebrity make-up artist who has never liked her appearance since she was little. The story depicts her getting her hands on the miracle “Beauty Water” and starts to go down the path towards destruction. The dark sides of the modern world, such as lookism and hate comments, are well-portrayed in this film.
The scene photos released not only shows the protagonist Yaeji, but also other characters include the popular celebrity Mili, the agent Kim, and the rookie actor Jifun.
There is also a shocking scene where a “Beauty Water” specialist demonstrates a “self-surgery” on herself.
How would the story expand when Yaji turns into a different person with the power of the “Beauty Water”?
‘Beauty Water’ will be released on September 23rd 2021 in Japan.
