“Shinichi & Ran Special Article vol. 4” is being held on the “Detective Conan Official Application” that is filled with all information of “Detective Conan”. It will be held for a limited period from July 7 to August 5.
“Shinichi & Ran Special Article vol. 4” will feature the episodes of “Kudou Shinichi” and “Mori Ran”. It consists of 3 episodes with 15 chapters, and each chapter can be read for free daily.
The selected 3 episodes are “Murderer Shinichi Kudo / Shinichi’s True Face and Ran’s Tears” (Volume 62, 6 chapters), “What I Really Want to Ask” (Volume 62 and 63, 3 chapters), and “The Scarlet School Trip” (Volume 94 and 95, 6 chapters).
In the “What I Really Want to Ask” (Volume 62 and 63, 3 chapters), Shinichi was able to get back his former appearance with a drug, but since the effect had run out, Shinichi was forced to return to act as Conan while keeping his true identity a secret from Ran.
While Shinichi and the others were driving on the highway, they spotted a driver nodding off while driving. When they stop the car forcefully, they found out that the driver had already passed away. It seem that he was strangled while driving on the highway, but there is no other passengers in the car other than the victim. Thus, the two high school detectives, Shinichi and Heiji, attempt to solve this impossible case.
For premium members, a story voice of “Tanabata no Negaigoto” (Lit. The wish on the Star Festival) will be given. Premium members are also able to read the released chapters for free at any time during the time period.
For regular members, “Murderer Shinichi Kudo / Shinichi’s True Face and Ran’s Tears” of volume 62 and the first chapter of the two other episodes can be read for free during the time period.
