The outline and preceding cut-scenes of episode 1 “Kyou to Kyoto no Kyou to Tomo” of the TV anime “The Quintessential Quintuplets 2nd Season” (broadcast on January 8, 2021) have been released.
“The Quintessential Quintuplets 2nd Season” is based on the love comedy manga by Haruba Negi that was serialized on “Weekly Shounen Magazine”.
The relationship between the beautiful quintuplets, who “hate study” and “at the brink of failing their examination” and Fuutarou, who has hired to be their tutor to lead them to “graduation”, has become stronger due to the various events during the school trip. Just when he wants to guide them to avoid failing their examination, troubles happened. And the “girl from the photo” who is also Fuutarou’s first love has appeared…!?
The title for episode 1 is “Kyou to Kyoto no Kyou to Tomo”.
After the school trip has ended, Fuutarou cold has turned worse and he got admitted to a hospital. The quintuplets, who gotten close to Fuutarou due to the various events of the school trip, paid him a visit.
Then, Itsuki asked Fuutarou his reason for studying, and he talked about a girl that he met in Kyoto 5 years ago.
Episode 1 of “The Quintessential Quintuplets 2nd Season” has started on January 8, 2021 (Friday), at 1:28 AM, on TBS and other channels.
