“He’s cute when hanging out with cats, funny when being sadistic, and I also love when he becomes Ichi-ko in Joshimatsu-san,” and “When I saw how his voice became a bit higher-pitched when with his brothers, I was fascinated by how he expresses the human emotion through his voice,” are comments that show how fans were impressed by his range of acting.
A character from a popular series , 3rd season of which is currently on-air, took the top position.
Coming in 2nd is Lelouch Rampelouge from “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion” with roughly 20% of the votes. He dropped a position from last year.

Many fans were fascinated by the darkness and hidden kindness of the protagonist of the picaresque novel.
Koro-sensei from “Assassination Classroom” took 3rd place with roughly 10% of the votes, keeping him at the same position as last year.
Fans pointed out how he was the ideal teacher, saying, “His kind voice with full of deep love that accepts everything, his angry, chilling voice that penetrates and freezes everyone, and even his ‘Nyu?’ that pops out every now and then are all so fascinating”, and “This character made me want to meet such a teacher.”
One fan had a very personal memory of the character and said, “How he guides students with both harsh and gentle approaches, reminded me of my grandfather, who was a P.E. teacher. He’s an irreplaceable character that gives me a sense of nostalgia and warm feeling.”
