Additional cast information of the movie “Kono Sekai no Tanoshimikata: Secret Story Film (How to Enjoy This World: Secret Story Film)” dedicated to the virtual idol “LIP x LIP”, produced by the creator unit HoneyWorks, has been released. At the same time, additional cast, which are Sawashiro Miyuki, Kayano Ai, Horie Yui, Hirata Hiroaki, Kuwashima Houko, and Toki Shunichi, have been announced.

“How to enjoy this world: Secret Story Film” is a movie that will be released as the 10th-anniversary project of the creator unit HoneyWorks, which has gained over 700 million views on related videos. The plot unfolds the secret story of the unknown formation of the virtual idol unit “LIP x LIP”, a duo of high school boys.

This time, in addition to Uchiyama Kouki as Yujiro and Shimazaki Nobunaga as Aizo from “LIP x LIP”, additional characters and cast have been released. Sawashiro Miyuki plays the role of Tamura Rei, the president of the new talent agency “Mobius”, who quickly discovered the potential of Yujiro and Aizo and formed a unit. Kayano Ai plays the role of Yujiro and Aizo’s manager, Uchida Mayu. Horie Yui plays the role of Shibasaki Yuko, Aizo’s mother. Hirata Hiroaki plays the role of Yujiro’s non-blood-related father, Someya Tamagoro. Kuwashima Houko plays the role of Yujiro’s mother, Someya Tae. Toki Shunichi plays the role of Yujiro’s non-blood-related younger brother, Someya Koichiro.

Q1 What is your impression of this work?
The voice recording was done on the unfinished video, but it seems as if the screen is already shining (laughs). I’m really looking forward to seeing how the complete video will look like.

Q2. What is your feeling and impression about character you play?
I was chosen for this role, so I will do my best on the chosen side with this refreshing feeling. I think I got a glimpse of the real thrill of each step of discovering, nurturing, and making them popular from the position of a producer, which is different from a teacher or a mother.

●Kayano Ai (Uchida Mayu)

Q1. What is your impression of this work?
I was informed in advance that “Uchiyama-kun and Nobunaga-kun are idols! And Kayano-san is the manager of those two!”, which caused me to have a ? appear in my mind for a moment (laughts)
When I received the script, there are plenty of details, not just the shining idol side!
I’m really looking forward to seeing the completed work!

Q2. What is your feeling and impression about character you play?
Anyway, she is working hard for Yujiro and Aizo…!
I think she is a good manager because of her respect for President Tamura.
It just that there are scenes where she got too excited (?) during her work, so I have a feeling there are still more unknown sides of Uchida-san!

● Horie Yui (Shibasaki Yuko)

Q1. What is your impression of this work?
The impression upon when during their first meeting and the reason of becoming an idol of the two members of LIP x LIP are depicted in both a happy and painful manner, which causes me to want to support them. Theirs growth is really cool♪

Q2. What is your feeling and impression about character you play?
The character I am playing is a slight free-spirited women with no ill-intentioned! Actually there are some drunken scene of her, which caused me to feel excited while playing her as I usually don’t drink alcohol (laughts).

● Hirata Hiroaki (Someya Tamagoro)

Q1. What is your impression of this work?
It’s like a work that gives support to young people in pursuing their dreams.
I am looking forward tothe completed movie as I want to see how the frustrations and conflicts of the main characters are expressed.

Q2. What is your feeling and impression about character you play?
He’s a very cool character that doesn’t shows many emotions.
I hope I can convey his true feelings at the bottom of his heart.
I will do my best.

● Kuwashima Houko (Someya Tae)
Q1. What is your impression of this work? A: The two main characters, Aizo and Yujiro, who are growing up while facing dilemmas, are dazzling and cute, and a little bit miserable, but it makes me to support them. I respect them on taking on the challenge during the important moment that will pass by in an instant. Without regretting it afterward.

Q2. What is your feeling and impression about character you play?
She is like a Baby’s-breath. Someya Tae is an overly kind mother who wants her son to live his life as they want despite her husband is a Kabuki actor. She is an existence that is worrying about Yujirou (play by Uchiyama-kun) while watching over him in the shadows. I would like to put that mother’s feelings into the dialogue.

● Toki Shunichi (Someya Koichiro)

Q1. What is your impression of this work?
It is a story about two young boys, who holding a lot of thoughts in theirs heart, form a unit and aim for the top. I can sympathize with them in many moments.
Behind the spectacular things, there is a lot of going on. It felt the realism while reading the script (laughs)

Q2. What is your feeling and impression about character you play?
All families have their problems, big or small. That problem at the Someya family is quite big … One of them is Koichiro-kun. However, it is a fact that he also has a firm belief… I wish I could express the feeling during the immature age!
