“Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet” is the latest movie in the “Detective Conan” series, following the 23rd movie “Detective Conan: The Fist of Blue Sapphire”, which recorded the highest revenue in the series at 9.37 billion yen.
Originally, it was supposed to first run from Apr. 17, 2020, but it got postponed due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection. And this time, the release date, long-awaited by the fans, has been announced to be in Apr. 2021, on the official website and Twitter.

The original writer, Aoyama Gosho, published a handwritten message on Twitter. He depicted the main character, Edogawa Conan and the key characters of the main story such as Akai Shuichi and Sera Masumi in the illustration.
