The 3rd product release of the new trademark “EVA GLOBAL” from “Evangelion” series has been announced. It will be the reproduction of the 3D figure “RIOBOT CREATION Evangelion Unit 01”.
“EVA GLOBAL” is a new trademark that sells original items to “EVA” fans all over the world. The first product was a reproduction of the popular figure “Shikinami Asuka Langley 1/7 Jersey Ver. (Alter), followed by “Entry Plug Interior Ver. Rei & Asuka Vertex.”
The 3rd release is the long-awaited “RIOBOT CREATION Evangelion Unit 01.” It will be a reproduction of the action model already designed by the figure maker Sentinel.
Komatsubara Hiroyuki was in charge of the prototype, modeling the new form of Unit 01 with his own interpretation. The action model features a stoic outline with a sense of beauty coming from the die-cut engraved clear parts. All 22 parts of the body can be moved.
Armed with the Spear of Longinus, Progressive Knife, and Pallet Rifle, you will be able to reproduce the impressive poses showed in the original story. The figure is scheduled to be released in Aug. 2020 priced at 9,900 JPY (tax included). In addition, “EVA GLOBAL” is planning to release other popular items’ reproductions from now on.
