Anime “YuYu Hakusho” and “Slam Dunk” will be broadcast as a part of “ABEMA’s Summer Grand Ball Launch! 100 Free Episodes of Popular Anime in a Row!”, a summer project held by the new futuristic TV ABEMA. The program will be broadcast for free for two consecutive weeks starting August 6, 2022.

ABEMA” will broadcast and distribute a series of popular anime for free during the Bon Holidays in a special program called “ABEMA’s Summer Grand Ball Launch! 100 Free Episodes of Popular Anime in a Row!”. As the second part of the project, two classic anime works, “YuYu Hakusho” and “Slam Dunk,” will be broadcast for free for two consecutive weeks.

Starting with the broadcast of “YuYu Hakusho” episodes 1 to 6 on August 6, “YuYu Hakusho” will be broadcast every day for three episodes on the week of August 8.
The following week, on August 13, “Slam Dunk” episodes 1 to 10 will be broadcast all at once. Then, episodes 11 through 20 will be broadcast on August 14, followed by three episodes each the week of August 15.

All episodes of both works will be broadcast daily until mid-September. In addition, the broadcast episodes will be available for free for one week after the broadcast.

With “YuYu Hakusho” celebrating its 30th anniversary and “Slam Dunk” releasing a new anime movie, this event on “ABEMA” will be a great opportunity to look back at the two classic anime that are drawing attention this year.

In addition, “ABEMA” is also offering “KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops”, “Dragon Ball” series, “Oishinbo”, “Cooking Papa”, and other anime for free.
