From “Jujutsu Kaisen 0”, the first movie adaptation of “Jujutsu Kaisen” (written by Akutami Gege), the information of the fourth admission present for visitors was announced. The memorial book will be distributed from February 19, 2022, and will contain “spoiler-filled talks with the cast and director’s interview ” and “unreleased original drawings.”
It is based on a manga “Jujutsu Kaisen” which is currently being serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” (published by Shueisha) and has sold over 60 million copies in total.
The first film adaptation of “Jujutsu Kaisen”, the movie “Jujutsu Kaisen”, will be released on December 24, which is an important date for fans to see the “Night Parade of a Hundred Demons”. In the 53 days since then (box office results until February 14, 2022), the film has attracted 8 million viewers and grossed over 11.1 billion JPY. At the stage greeting held recently to thank the audience for the blockbuster hit, it was announced that the second season of the TV animation will be broadcast in 2023, and the series is still attracting a great deal of attention.
Now, the details of the fourth admission present for visitors have been released, a 24-page “memorial book” will be distributed to a total of 500,000 people nationwide from February 19.
In this book, Ogata Emi, who plays Okkotsu Yuta, and Hanazawa Kana, who plays Orimoto Rika, discuss their thoughts on their respective roles during the recording sessions, and the major themes of this work, “love and curse” and “pure love”.
Nakamura Yuichi, who plays Gojo Satoru, and Sakurai Takahiro, who plays Getoh Suguru, also talked about the past of Gojo and Getoh, which was portrayed in the movie and caused quite a stir. What did the two think about each other, the thoughts behind the scene depicted in the climax of the film, and other aspects of their relationship that were never discussed during the TV anime broadcast will be revealed.
In addition, there will be some episodes related to the production by director Sunghoo Park, and various original drawings will be shown for the first time, making this memorial book a must-read for fans of “Jujutsu Kaisen”.
