From the fall anime “Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon” Season 2, the outline and sneak peek of episode 26 “Demon Spirit of the Sea” (broadcast began on Saturday, October 9), have been revealed.
“Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon” depicts a new story of Sesshomaru’s twin daughters, Towa and Setsuna, as well as Inuyasha and Kagome’s daughter, Moroha. Sesshomaru, Inuyasha, and Kagome are the characters first appeared in Inuyasha.
Season 1 was broadcast from October 3, 2020, to March 20, 2021. In this work, Takahashi Rumiko, the original creator of “Inuyasha”, engages as main character designer, and staff members from the anime “Inuyasha” series were reunited.
Episode 26 is titled “Demon Spirit of the Sea”.
Towa visits a village by the sea to obtain Kyuyokon, a weapon to fight against Kirinmaru. Then, she hears rumors about “Sea Snake Woman”, who assaults women with beautiful long hair.
It seems that the woman was originally the demon spirit called “Watatsumi no Tamai”, who protects the sea around the area.
On the other hand, the woman that Moroha and Setsuna saved was actually the “Sea Snake Woman” disguised as a human nun at a nunnery by the sea.
Moroha and Setsuna face a predicament and cannot deal an effective attack against the Sea Snake Woman, as they will turn into a statue of rock if they look at her eyes. Towa and demon-slayers rush over there……
Episode 26 “Demon Spirit of the Sea” of “Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon” Season 2, started broadcasting on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV franchised channels from October 9.
